Welcome to the Conroe High School Sports Medicine web page. This website is put together to serve as a great source of information for parents, athletes, coaches, student trainers and visiting teams.
The Conroe Sports Medicine Team is on campus to provide the best medical coverage for the student-athletes of Conroe High School. Each member of the Sports Medicine staff works in conjunction with team physicians to ensure the proper prevention, care, treatment, and rehabilitation of all athletic injuries. The health and safety of the student-athlete will always be our first consideration, their health is placed above all other activities.

If you are interested in being a student athletic trainer please sit down with your parents and read through our Student Athletic Trainer Handbook.
If you decide you would like to be a part of the program, fill out the Student Athletic Trainer Application BY APRIL 4, and turn it into the main campus athletic training room or email.
