Severe Allergy Action Plan

If your student has a severe allergy (requires Epinephrine), and wants to participate in athletics, band, cheerleading, drill team or ROTC at Conroe High School, the CISD Severe Allergy Action Plan is REQUIRED for participation.

Note: We recommend that the student carries their emergency medication with them at all times, in addition to having an extra in the athletic training room and/or clinic.
