All students planning to participate in athletics, high school band, drill team, cheerleading, ROTC, and any CISD sponsored club sports teams (Bowling, Bass Fishing, Men’s Volleyball or Water Polo at CHS) during the 2021-22 school year will need to complete all required UIL paperwork and have a physical on file in the training room or with your junior high coach to participate in any of the activities listed above.

This year we will have a physical day on your students campus. For your student to get a physical while we are on their campus they must be registered. To see the schedule of physical dates and the links to register your student please click on the button below.
All UIL required paperwork will be completed online. To complete this paperwork the district will be changing to a program called RANK ONE. To complete your students paperwork please click on the button below and follow the instructions or watch the tutorial video provided.
